Makes me think of an old SNES(or another console) game that had such an immersive soundtrack, I leave the game on pause just to enjoy the beat of it ^_^.

It can rival some of the best music done in indie gaming of today. You have a very promising future as a musical composer and I call dibs on your contract, RIGHT HERE! RIGHT NOW! (not joking!)

ChronoNomad responds:

Thanks a lot, linkerman! Full stars? Superlative! So, um...are you like a talent agent or something? If you're serious, send me a PM. Heck, send me one even if you're not serious and we can just chat about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness! :D

I remember a bunch of SNES (and other consoles) titles that had that kind of really amazing music you could just listen to for hours on end. Classic games like Contra, DuckTales, Chrono Trigger, and pretty much any Final Fantasy. Of course the only issue with that is that you're not actually playing the game itself. #firstworldproblems Anyway, having this compared to one of those is really quite the compliment. Thanks again!

WOW... just.... WOW!!!! i didn't think it'd be possible to make something like that and still sound so true and respectful to the original theme.

I got the GBA copy of the song and its almost as good as this take. i imagin it took you a lot of time to actually make all of the arrangements and fits to create something so wonderfully good, can't stop listening to it now xP

faved, added and dl'd for my personnal pleasure ;P i'll always think of this song when i play FF6 from now onward ^_^

ChronoNomad responds:

This is one of those songs that clings tightly to my subconscious long after the initial release of the game. I still go back to the world of FFVI periodically, and it's like reliving the memories of a bygone age. While the seventh installment is so often heralded as the best game in the series for its leap into 3D landscapes, polygonal characters and enemies, as well as the classic cut-scenes we all know and love, my heart will always belong to its immediate predecessor.

Many thanks for the add, making me one of your favorites, and for taking the time to review and comment. I hope that you will stop by again and check out some of my other remixes, covers, and original compositions. :)

well..... :/

since the song is already very synthetised.... it doesn't sound too bad.... except that i think the bass was a bit too much present because it lowers the quality and makes the song less pleasent to listen to....

i wouldn't recommend it to anyone but if you happen to make a version with just a bit less bass or maybe clean the song so that it doesn't sound so much like rubish, it'll be really great... :P

thats my opinion anyways :P

Littlestfurman responds:

Thanks for the input. :D
Yeah I agree, the bass takes a lot away from the song, nearly drowning out everything else. I'll try to dull it down, make it clearer and less hard on the ears.. ^^'

w00t and again... w00t

Megaman X being my favorite game in the serie automatically makes me love this song :D and i'm glad you made this version of your first one as the sound is more clear and the drums are well performed :P

it makes me want to find an emulation of the game and play it all over again... :D
unless i can afford it for the SNES which would be just so fucking awesome :D

Penis-Monster responds:

HELL yes, SNES RULES

AWESOME!!!

PURE epicness dude.... :D

try to make the Doom Dragon battle theme next :D looking forward to it :D

because to be honest, one just can't go without the other :D

CelestOrion responds:

Look in my other tracks, I did that one before I did this >.>

Nice idea :D Rocks my ears every time :D

awesome beginning :D if you dont read the name, you have no idea that its pac-man until you start to hear the familiar sounds :D

very creative way to arrange a song, i'm gladly suprised when after a bout a minute the song almost stop but actually keeps on going and again at around 2 minutes in the song, though the secound time it kind of kills the beat but it picks up again and you get back right in :D and i think it makes it a really great song :D

Downloaded and Favorited and voted 10/10 :P too bad the rating can't go higher... this work definetly deserves more stars and vote rating :D

hope to see more work that is as epic as this one is :D
